We deliver to any address in Japan, including hotels and short-term rentals. Shipping is free nationwide.

Delivered by Yamato (Compact Takkyubin for room-temperature injections or Cool Takkyubin for refrigerated) with in-person receipt. 2–3 business days after payment confirmed.
Compact Takkyubin (room-temp)
Room-temperature injections (Mounjaro) are shipped via Yamato Compact Takkyubin in a dedicated protective box.
Hotel / Airbnb
Share your check-in date, hotel name and room number in advance. Delivery is timed to your stay.
Cold-chain (fridge)
Wegovy, Ozempic and Zepbound ship in insulated packaging with cold-chain courier. Free until 2025/10/31.
International shipping
Not offered. Prescription medicines cannot be shipped outside Japan due to regulations. If you have family or a friend in Japan, they can receive the delivery on your behalf (any Japan address is acceptable).
Please double-check your delivery window. We cannot forward or reroute once dispatched.

We recommend completing the phone consultation and payment at least 7 business days before your desired delivery date. Overseas patients can consult by phone from abroad, and we will time the shipment to arrive at your address in Japan (hotel, Airbnb, etc.) during your stay.

About the consultation
Consultations are conducted by a Japanese doctor over the phone. We support English and basic Japanese. If you prefer another language, please let us know when booking so we can arrange interpretation.

Taking medicines home
Regulations vary by country. Before taking prescription medicines home, please check with your home country’s customs authority. General guidance:
Prescription documentation
We can provide an English prescription and doctor’s letter (医師の処方箋) for your records and airport declarations. Please request in advance.
Quantity limits
Most countries allow a personal 1–3 month supply. Larger quantities may require import approval in your home country. Please check with your local authority.
Original packaging
Please keep medications in original packaging with clear labeling. Injection pens should be transported with the cold pack we provide.
Refills abroad
We cannot ship refills to your country. Follow-up prescriptions require another consultation on your next visit to Japan, or you can find a local provider.
FAQ
Do I need a Japanese address or residence card?
No. We accept hotel, Airbnb, or short-term rental addresses. Please provide your check-in date, hotel/room name, and phone number when ordering. A Japanese residence card is not required.
Can I use a foreign credit card?
Yes. We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express from any country. If your card is blocked for international purchases, please notify your bank in advance. Bank transfer is also available for larger orders.
Can you ship to my hotel or Airbnb?
Yes. Please share your check-in date, hotel/accommodation name, and room number in advance. We time the delivery to arrive during your stay. Cold-chain items require signature at the front desk.
Can delivery match my travel dates?
Yes. Please include your arrival date, departure date, and any accommodation changes when booking. We plan the delivery window to arrive during your stay.
How soon is delivery?
Standard delivery is 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. For travelers, we recommend booking at least 5 business days before your desired delivery date.
Can you ship the medicines to my home country?
No. Prescription medicines cannot be shipped internationally from Japan. Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan. You will need to arrange transport yourself when leaving Japan.
Is it legal to bring prescription medicines back to my country?
It varies by country. Most countries allow a personal 1–3 month supply with a valid prescription. Please check with your home country customs authority. We can provide English prescription documentation on request.
Can I get a doctor letter in English for customs?
Yes. We can issue an English prescription (医師の処方箋) and a brief doctor letter for airport declarations. Please request when booking or during consultation.
Is it covered by insurance?
No. This is a self-pay clinic. We do not accept Japanese national insurance or foreign insurance claims. All fees are paid at the time of consultation.
What languages does the doctor speak?
Consultations are provided in English or basic Japanese by a Japanese doctor. If you prefer another language, please let us know when booking so we can arrange interpretation via phone.
When are consultation hours available?
Consultations are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 JST, and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00 JST (UTC+9). Please choose a time that fits your time zone.
How is the consultation conducted?
The doctor will call you at your provided phone number (Japanese mobile, international number, or hotel line). The consultation typically lasts 5–10 minutes and covers your medical history, current health, and treatment plan.
Can I refill my existing GLP-1 prescription?
Yes. If you are already using Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound, we can continue your prescription after a brief consultation to confirm your dose and health status.
What if I have side effects during my trip?
Common side effects (nausea, decreased appetite) are usually mild. We provide 24-hour email support and LINE consultation. For serious symptoms, please visit a nearby hospital and inform us afterward.
Do I need to store the medicines in a refrigerator?
Wegovy, Ozempic, and Zepbound require refrigeration (2–8°C). Once opened, they can be kept at room temperature (below 30°C) for up to 4–6 weeks. Mounjaro pens are stable at room temperature after first use.
Can I bring the medicines on a flight?
Yes, injection pens are allowed in carry-on luggage. Keep them in original packaging with prescription documentation. Notify security if asked; cold packs and needles are permitted with prescription proof.
Is there a follow-up program?
Yes. We track your dose, weight, and side effects in our medical records. Follow-up consultations for dose adjustment are available at reduced cost. Follow-up support via LINE or Email is included.
Can I combine GLP-1 with other weight loss medicines?
In some cases. Combinations with other medications (Metformin, Acarbose, Orlistat) may be considered by the doctor. Please share your full medication list at consultation.
Is the price the same as in my country?
Japanese prescription prices for GLP-1 are generally lower than in the US and comparable to Europe. Exact pricing depends on dose and quantity. See our pricing table above or ask the doctor for a personalized quote.
Can I consult before arriving in Japan?
Yes. We offer phone consultations while you are still abroad. Complete the consultation and payment before your trip, and we will time the shipment to arrive at your address in Japan (hotel, Airbnb, etc.) during your stay. Please book at least 7 business days before your desired delivery date.
I don\’t have a Japanese phone number. How can I have the consultation?
We can conduct the consultation via LINE call, international phone, or your hotel phone. Please let us know your preferred method when booking. We are happy to work around your setup.
Can my family or friend in Japan receive the delivery on my behalf?
Yes. You can specify any Japan address as the delivery destination, including a family member\’s home, a friend\’s home, or a workplace. Please provide the delivery address and the recipient\’s name when ordering.
Can I order several months of supply at once?
Yes, as long as the medicine can be used within its expiration date. Up to about 1 year of supply is a general guideline. Our doctor will confirm medical appropriateness during the consultation.
How do I get started?
Book online via the “Book Online” button, or contact us on LINE / Email. We will confirm your consultation time and send instructions in English. Payment is collected after doctor consultation.
